9 Things To Do In Central Luzon

When I was young, I thought organized travel was laziness and expensive. But looking at it 3 years after, it’s not actually THAT bad. It is still travel of course, sans the hassles of negotiations and other DIY must dos. The best part of it is that you only have to mind the pictures and the views. Everything from transpo to food and in between are done for you. Who wouldn’t want that?

When we started travelling in 2008, we were satisfied with 1 out of Cebu travel. I especially love DIYs because planning always gives me such high. I’m a cheapskate too and never runs out of ideas on how to make travel cheap. I love researching and planning every bit as well. But we never had constant travel buddies. Looking back, our travel companions were different each year so we always settled with the majority decision making.

2012 was a busy year in both trekking and travelling. After our first major climb in Mt. Talinis with BRB on July 13-16 and my 2nd birthday trip (this time) with Ganisiya on August 17-20, we joined Migo’s friends in a packaged trip to Central Luzon on October 12-15 with Pinay Key Point priced at Php6000/pax for a minimum of 10. One of our friends backed out so we increased our share by Php400 each.

Before the trip, I never knew that Central Luzon was that beautiful. Nagsasa and Anawangin cove literally took my breath away. Not only that, there are a lot of things you could do in 4 days and 3 nights.

Here are the 10 things you could do in Central Luzon

    1. I will be in the PH from December 17th to January 2. And yes, I will go to Cebu. I just don’t know where exactly in Cebu yet. Any suggestions? 🙂 I enjoy not so crowded and touristy places.

    2. Ohhh! What sort of things do you like? Waterfalls or trekking? I know some trekking places in Cebu. There are a lot of waterfalls as well. And adrenaline activities like Rock Climbing and Canyoning. Check this blog site: https://adrenalineromance.com/ They have lots of post of activities in Cebu. 🙂 I’m mostly just trekking in Cebu. Hehe

But if you want to trek, I could guide you to the easy ones like here:
